This book is huge, full of content that will amaze you throughout it's 441 pages! It contains menus for breakfast lunch & dinner for every day of the year; prices AND recipes for every single dish. It is wonderful to read and will be an endless source of information on "how to" as well as history and information for catering, the hotel business, restaurants, etc. You will definitely find it all in this book. The book is in very good condition but of course does show some wear.
