"Pearl's Kitchen" an Extraordinary Cookbook by Pearl Bailey, copyright 1973, stated first edition, letters BCDE, 211 pages.
The dedication page has an inscription printed by Pearl Bailey & the front end page has an inscription "To Julia from Mom Dec. 1973".
The book is in excellent, clean and unstained condition. The book jacket is foxed on top and a little worn on the edges but is not price clipped. I love the quotation by Pearl on the back of the jacket (see photo).
The book contains about 100 recipes... even has the recipe for Tony Bennett's mother's lasagna.
