Blue Ceramic Art Tile Dream-like Bas Relief

This is a wonderful & stylistic piece I've had for several years. It is a raised (bas-relief) shepherd leading his herd of three elephant or rhinoceros like animals (also raised). The native shepherd is carrying a stick or flute of some type and this has always given me the impression of being him being out at night under a starry sky. The back states "Blue Enamelware D/20095". There are two holes at the top for either hanging or nailing as a piece of artwork. It is in excellent condition and measures 4" x 4". This is a unique piece, I've never seen another like it.
