Lysistrata translated from the Greek of Aristophanes Illustrations by Norman Lindsay, An Illustrated Edition, The World Publishing Company, 114 pages & introduction by Jack Lindsay. No published date; circa 1931 or 1932. An unusual book in excellent hard back condition. Inside is tight, relatively clean with some foxing. Someone put some pencil notations very lightly on 3 pages & I am sure they will all erase easily. (Priced accordingly). The outside shows some wear. I'm surprised how bright blue the inside end papers are. The cover has an embossed artist with easel & paints with the I.E. on the easel in gold script as is the "Illustrated Editions".
