This is a clean & tight yellow hardback book without dust jacket but in great condition. One of my favorite recipes is included: Sorrel Soup made the proper way. Also has recipes for: Rillons, Pommes De Terre Frites, Marrons & tons more all with English titles as well for the recipes. It also has time tested rules included such as never serving red wine with fish, not to boil any sauce which has basis of egg & butter,and other rules not so important such as "do not let your servants look after the wines. Do it yourself". I'm tempted fo find the space to keep this one for my own collection.
