The Cheese Cook Book by Marye Dahnke Director of Home Economics Kraft Cheese Company, 1942 First Edition, 63 pages. The packaging of all Kraft cheeses is on 3 full color pages. There are many full page color bookplates showing the recipes off to their advantage. I love these super saturated colors that even now after over 60 decades are amazing. Book is in excellent condition. This is for the vintage collector of advertising as well as a cookbook. The recipes are numerous and many are still favorites today.
