This fine and unusual planter by Lefton's is in excellent condition. It would look so lovely holding some green branches. It is a scroll with a Menorah placed in the center of a Star of David (otherwise known as a Jewish Star). it is gold upon ivory white bisque. The bottom is marked with the Lefton's sticker and the model #4223. This unique piece may be used for a plant, to hold pencils, eye glasses, jewelry, etc. It has so many uses. The only flaw is the tips of the gold scrolls have some gold paint worn away (but surface is smooth).. There are no chips, no crazing, not even a flea bite. It measures 7" across, stands 6" tall and has a width of 3 1/2". It is an estate piece that needs some cleaning but I am not familiar with how to properly clean bisque china. This would make a wonderful gift for Hanukkah,Passover, housewarming, etc.
