2 Jackson China Oval Serving Patters 12 1/2" 1966

Price is for both. Two large 12 1/2" x 8 1/2" vitrified china platters in airbrushed blue pattern often used at Sambo's restaurants. These have markings that date plates to 1966. The blue is aqua turquoise and a beautiful shade that will match well with other restaurant ware patterns. They are aged but have no cracks or chips and are in very good condition. The backs are marked "Jackson China Falls Creek, PA P8". Vitrified china is commercial ware china commonly referred to as restaurant ware. It is and was used at airlines, railroad dining cars, diners, restaurants and hotels, etc. It is heavy and sturdy and will last and last.
