Gorgeous 13 1/2" Weimar (Germany) Porcelain Dish, Delicate Molded Violets and Stems, early 1900s

I truly love this beautiful and unique dish! All of the flowers and stems are very finely molded (those are not cracks!). The delicate violets (or are they meant to suggest pansies?) are impressionistically highlighted in shades of purple and lavender and the stems are done in a soft, grass green -- all so lovely against the winter white, hard paste porcelain body.

It measures 13 1/2" x 10 1/2" x 2". In very good condition with no cracks, hairlines or crazing - except there is one flaked chip on underside of rim which is not visible from front or top. This special item carries a Weimar, Germany shield mark which belongs to C. & E. Carstens Porcelain Manufactory (Blankenhain, Thuringia, Germany [E. Germany]) and dates from 1918-1945.
