A quote by Lena Liu is included, "Imitation is the truest poem of flattery - here a young purple finch tries to copy the handsome display of a beautiful adult." Issued on W. S. George Fine China as Plate No. 12914A and is Bradex No. 84-G20-26.7.

This plate is in excellent condition with no chips, nicks, cracks, hairlines or crazing. There is minimal wear to gold trim.
