Tibetan Copal and Turquoise Necklace

Vibrant and earthy.

This was created with a Turquoise round teardrop style pendant. It connects to a Yellow Copal Repousse bead. Copal is a type of resin produced from plant or tree secretions. Its almost a lost art nowadays. These beads are handmade by local artisans in Nepal. They utilize the same techniques that have been handed down through generations.

The necklace was created using hexagon shape Turquoise beads separated by brushed brass rings.

The Turquoise is 2". The drop is 4". The Copal are 1". The length is adjustable up to 19.5".
