English Sterling Silver Fish Server London 1841 Pierced Blade

Fresh from an estate is this wonderful English sterling silver fish server, hallmarked for London, 1841, with makers mark for Benjamin Smith. This server measures 12 1/4" long, and the curved blade is 3" wide at the widest point. A nice heavy piece it weighs 4.7 oz on my postage scale. The blade has a pierced design and the simple handle has a light monogram, could be a G or CS. There is no damage or repairs to this fish server, and only light use marks. This design would work with almost any pattern of sterling flatware. A nice genuine antique piece of sterling silver!
