VASE, Bud Vase, Lovely Paperweight Base

This pretty bud vase is a super addition to someone's decor. The base of the vase is a pretty blue which has many little bubble dots which to me give the impressions of snow or water dropping lightly from the sky. The vase portion of the vase is a very light blue, almost clear - but the reflection from the bottom gives a little more blue as one would note in my pictures. This is pretty vase, It may have been hand blown, although I am not positive because of the smooth bottom on the base. The vase is 8 1/2" tall and slightly heavy with the pretty base. One of a kind.
