George Washington Sculpture on Rotating Pedestal
This elegant sculpture of the greatest of our Founding Fathers dates to c. 1910 - 1920. Made of white metal, the sculpture depicts a decorated full-body view of our nation's first president. He looks ahead, as he holds a sword in his right hand, across his chest. In his left hand, Washington grasps a scroll, perhaps one of our founding documents. His colonial era attire is covered with a draped cloak. The bottom plate, of the same metal, rests on a rotating pedestal. An excellent choice for any Washington collector or patriot.
