Soft cover booklet in very good shape for its age. Pages are firmly attached to staples. Upper right cover corner is missing. The front cover is slightly curled on the lower right corner.

Minor tears along the cover edges, but no missing text. Upper left cover corner is detached from the spline to the first staple. Front and back have some staining and are brown with age. Some foxing on the interior pages. Some pages are creased or curled on the edges.
