Aynsley bone china cream, coral and gold cup and saucer 1920's mark

This striking Aynsley bone china cup and saucer has a beautiful coral color over a creamy white background and there is rich gold embellishment around the rim, bottom of the exterior of the bowl, base and handle. The cup has a green mark under the glaze that would date to the 1920's. There is also a handwritten number B5333 on the bottom of both pieces. This is a fine example of English bone china. The cup stands 2 3/4 inches tall and the opening is just over 3 1/4 inch in diameter. The saucer is similarly marked and measures 5 5/8 inch in diameter. The rim of the saucer has a subtle series of decorative indentations along the rim as does the cup. There are no chips or cracks present.
