This is a chromolithograph post card from the early 1900's. It is No. 136 in a series of travelogue cards. The card is postally unused with a divided back. The card dates to pre-World War One. The scene is notable for the lack of any motorized vehicles and the presence of a horse-drawn street-car. The card has not been put through the mail. The card is in very good condition. This is a card from a large collection of pre-World War One travel cards that I obtained at auction. They are interesting from the perspective of providing vignettes of the local culture and life of the people in Europe, Asia and the Middle East 100 years ago.
