DESCRIPTION: This lovely souvenir spoon has "Bristol" in the bowl and the state seal of Virginia along with the word "Virginia" down the handle. On the back of the handle is the word "Sterling" followed by a mark. The hallmark on the back, an "M" in a shield flanked by two birds, is that of Manchester Mfg. Co, Providence, RI. This marked was used 1904-1914. The company is now known as Manchester Silver Co.
DIMENSIONS: The spoon is about 5 inches or 12.5 cm long and about 1 1/8 inches or 2.8 cm wide at the bowl.
CONDITION: There are some light surface scratches to the back of the bowl. The spoon could use a good polishing.
