Designer Silk Organza Maxi Skirt
This item is a really beautiful designer maxi skirt by Shelli Segal, and it is perfect for the holiday season and beyond. The age of the item is unknown, but Shelli Segal items date back to the 1980s. This fabulous skirt is made of black silk organza which overlays a silver colored inner skirt. The effect is really pretty and feminine. The hips and waist are decorated with delicate embroidery and rhinestone embellishments which are easily seen on the black fabric thanks to the lighter colored under skirt. It has a side zipper.
