1946 "Michael Finnegan" First Edition Children Book

I am offering a 1946 first edition of "Michael Finnegan" written by Irene Little with wonderful illustrations done by Carol Yeakey. The story is about a cat named Michael Finnegan and all his adventures. The book comes with it's original dust cover, which does have some tears. The book has no writing inside or torn pages, only very light edge wear. This is a fun children's books with cheery illustrations.
