Early Beginner Book 1958 "The Big Jump and Other Stories"

I am offering an early edition of the Beginner Books series "The Big Jump and Other Stories" produced in 1958. The book has a B-4 on the back indicating very early edition but am not sure it is a first edition. It was written by Benjamin Elkin with illustrations done by Katherine Evans. The book is in good condition with some edge wear and a marker covering over a name in the front cover page, please see pictures. This book doesn't have a dust jacket. A great early edition to a popular series.
