Picture Book Of 48 Vintage Black & White World War I Postcards - Marked

For your consideration is a Picture Book or Scrapbook that contains 48 vintage black & white, (Mostly Unused), postcards from the devastation that was done during World War I. All, except 6 of the postcards, are protected in a plastic sheet of 3 postcards per page. There wasn't anymore room to put the 6 postcards in the picture book/scrapbook, but they will be included in the book! All the postcards are from Germany & have only German print on them. One of the loose postcards has some pencil writing on the back that reads: "Censored by, I was in this town one day and night. A very pretty place." These old postcards were apparently or probably collected by a WWI Veteran & someone took care to preserve them in this book! All are in excellent vintage condition. Some very light yellowing from age! Some of the pictures on the postcards display some of the German soldiers in the fox holes, etc. The rest are of the devastation of the towns, etc. Each postcard is approx.: 3 1/2"W X 5 1/2"L. The book is approx.: 11 1/2"L X 6 1/2"W.
