The New Basic Readers: 1960s Dick, Jane & Friends Cardboard Teacher's Tools - Marked
For your consideration is a very hard to find Teacher Tools consisting of 6 cardboard paper doll style displays that include: Dick, Jane, Sally, Tim (Bear), Spot (Dog), & Puff (the Cat). (These are from the younger years of Dick & Jane Series for Grade 1). They are marked on the tabs on each side: 1st Tab: From The New Basic Readers: Curriculum Foundation Series, Scott, Foresman and Company; 2nd Tab: For Grade One: The New Before We read, The New We Look and See, We Work and Play, We Come and Go (Pre-Primers), The New fun with Dick and Jane (Primer), The New Our New Friends (Book 1). These are very very rare & hard to find teacher's teaching tools only! These six are in excellent & lightly used condition. No tears or stains noted! The tabs on each end have been bent a little, but not bad & hardly noted! If you collect Dick & Jane vintage items, then these are a must for you collection! Each one is approx.: (Dick): 9 3/4"T; (Jane): 8 3/4"T; (Sally): 7 1/2"T; (Puff): 5 1/2"T; (Tim the Bear): 6 1/4"T; and (Spot the Dog): 5 1/4"T. (Price quoted is for the set of 6 together!)
