California Pottery: Weil: 1940s Country Girl Flower Holder Figurine
For your consideration is a lovely vintage hand painted under glaze 1940s Country Girl Flower Holder Figurine. Her creme colored dress has a lovely blue & mauve floral design overall with blue trim, waist ribbon bow & matching hat on lovely brown hair. She is leaning on a blue vertical ribbed design post that is the vase. (She is unmarked, but can found on page 2005 of California Pottery Scrapbook," by Jack Chipman, Copyright 2005, and is a Weil Figurine.) She has light crazing overall, but no chips or cracks noted! In very very good & lightly used condition. Approx.; 11"T.
