Lustreware Ship & Lily Pod Flower Salt & Pepper Set - Japan
For your consideration is a darling Lustreware Ship & Lily Pod Flower Salt & Pepper Set marked on the bottoms: Made in Japan. The ship is painted in a pretty country blue with mustard colored sails & goldtone little flags on the very top. The Lily Pod Flower is in the same mustard color with green & with white with red circle design on the top. Both are then painted in a lustre to make them shiny! Both have cork stoppers, but the ship's stopper is a replacement & the flower's is original. In excellent vintage/older condition. No chips or cracks noted! Approx.: (Ship): 3 1/4"T; (Flower): 1 1/2"T.
