For your consideration is a lovely 1920s-40s Art Deco Geometric Design Mesh Purse marked on the inside of the frame: Mesh, Whiting & Davis Co., Bags. It has a off-white color, to creme color, to mustard colored, to dark brown geometric enamel design on both sides of the mesh part of the bag, itself. The frame is in a Art Deco style design on both sides that displays the same colors mentioned above on a creme colored enamel background. The handle has a oval design chain link style 5 3/4"L in length on just one half side, which would make it approx. 11.5" L in full length. The clasp is tight & working order. When opened the frame is also in a creme color & all the mesh is still all attached with no holes noted overall. It has the lovely diagonal slanted pointed scalloped edge on the bottom. There is also a small silvertone tag on the inside with the word: Elasah on it. Except for some small amount of enamel paint chipping on the frame, this bag is in excellent vintage condition. The dimensions of the bag only is approx.: 7"L X 3 3/4"W (Frame).
