Vintage Late 1800s Purple Velvet Child's Purse with Tan Leather Lining

Here is a very cute and pretty late 1800s vintage purple velvet child's purse. It is in Fair to Good Condition. Most of the velvet is present but is bare at the bottom, corners and edges. And some soiling. The handle is velvet and intact. The frame is silver tone metal and looks shiny like new on the outside and is tarnished on the inside. There is a mark on the middle of the back of the frame:

"Pat'd Feb 2, 75, L.L.R. Bro." The tan leather lining is attached, intact and very soft. It is intact some creasing but not cracking in the leather and there is some soiling. Also, has a pocket. Measurements are 5 inches wide and 3 inches tall and 1 inch deep. The handle has a 3 inch drop.
