Vintage Victorian Child's Shoe Pin Cushion With Stick Pins

Here is a vintage vintage Victorian brown leather button up shoe with black velvet in the shoe. In the velvet there are two black and one faux pearl vintage stick pins. I have one in black too. I was thinking what could I do with one brown and black shoe and thought of this. The velvet is not attached to the shoe so if you would like to do something else go ahead. The shoe pin cushion measures 5 1/2 inches long and 2 inches wide and 3 inches tall.
