Blue Delft has been a favorite for use in kitchens for a long time. The 1920-30's homes often had blue and white canister sets with oil and vinegar to match. This pair of oil and vinegar bottles were part of one of these sets. Obviously they were well used. They are heavily crazed with the oil bottle darkened from oil penetrating the pottery. Each has the blue windmill scene. The words OIL and VINEGAR are in black. The bottoms are marked Czechoslovakia 23 and 29. The cork stoppers are replacements, but work quite well.
