Large Antique French Wire Basket Compote for Center Piece

This French Wire (wireware) compote measures 12 1/2" in diameter and 6" tall. It has a heavy metal frame with the woven wire filler. There is braided decoration on the edge of the dense center_ top and bottom. The outer part of the bowl is large scallops made from triple wires and overlapping. This would make a great centerpiece on the table.
