This small plate is probably a tray or underplate for a sauce tureen. There are moulded handles. It measures 7 1/2" in diameter. The design is transfer printed in dark blue. The flowers and design are highlighted with colorful enamels. The bottom is marked with the pattern name, MILAN, and the initials E.U.&M. This is the 1860-61 mark of the Ellis, Unwin & Mountford Staffordshire potteries. I have two plates available. One is in excellent condition. The other has a hairline crack and chip. The price is for the best plate. The other may be purchased for a discount.
