Lovely 19th Century Oval Pedestal Cake Plate with Handles, Floral

This pedestal cake plate has an English registry mark impressed. I cannot make it out but is is mid 19th century. Another piece of this set is more legible. It has a date code "J", 1854. The plate measures 11" long with the handles and 8 3/4" cross. It stands 2 1/2" tall. The design is transfer printed in blue. Magenta & yellow enamels are added. The raised designs as well as the printed designs are highlighted in gilding. The center is a rose. There is a chain border with roses inside the links of the chain. There are no chips or cracks. There is discoloration.
