Large Early Tin (Cracker or Biscuit), Beautiful Bird Decoration

This tin dates to the early 1900's. It is quite large, measuring 10 1/2" x 8" x 5 1/2". It has a hinged lid. The tin was originally covered with lithographed paper. Much of the paper is missing. There is enough of the paper remaining to reveal the colorful Painted Bunting on a limb. This image appears on the front and the back. The lid and sides have the golden background with trees that back the birds. It appears, varnish has been applied to protect the paper from further peeling and deterioration. The tin has a wonderful look and displays quite well. The only identification is the words Trade Mark with the bird.
