Early 19th Century Alphabet Sampler, Framed Under Glass

This sampler dates from the early part of the 19th century. It is a United Kingdom sampler with the alphabet and numbers in various forms. It ends with a nice heart at the bottom. For the life of me I cannot determine the name at the bottom. It appears as CAXL, but in looking at the A's in other lines of the sampler, the X could be an A. If so, I do not know what I think is an A is. The sampler has no holes, but it does have a few missing stitches. The light blue has faded so that it is barely visible. The sampler measures 8" x 11 1/2". The overall measurement is 14" x 18". It appears to have been professionally framed some time in its history.
