Early 1800's British Bulbous (Bellied) Pewter Measure, Half Gill

This pewter measure is marked Half Gill on the rim. It measures 2 1/2" tall and 1 3/4" in diameter. There is a single fillet (raised rib) above the widest part of the belly. That along with the shape of the handle date this measure to 1826-50. On the rim there is an EX and a symbol (house top). Also there is a verification mark with a crown, VR and a number which could be 35. This measure is in fair condition. It is out of round and has a dent on the side.
