Lovely Bulbous British Pewter Measure, ca 1824-30

This pewter measure has been well used. There are three verification marks. Some are not readable. It is small measuring 1 3/4" tall and 1 1/2" in diameter. It has 13 lines above the base of the handle. The flat finial on the top of the handle indicates a 1824-30 time frame. It is pitted and out of round.
