Large 19th Century Victorian Flat-Back Staffordshire Group Figure

This large figure measures 14 1/4" tall and 8 1/2" wide. It is a group figure of two lovers under a rose arbor. This one has the added attraction of a dog on the man's knee. The molding is quite crisp. The color decoration is limited to the faces and feet. There is very worn gold highlights. The figure is in very good condition. There is a small flake to the glaze which I have pictured.
