Desk Set Silver Plated Art Nouveau Wax Seal, Letter Opener, 4 Pieces

Four piece set of this great Art Nouveau set. It looks like sterling and I shined up one piece but I can't find a sterling mark, so I have to sell as plated. (Dr. orders I'm not suppose to shine silver anymore!! But I love it!) I shined one piece to show what great condition it is in. Looks unused actually. No dents, and shines up so nicely. But the new owner will have to do the rest of the shining up! I do find buffing very therapeutic though.

A lovely set it has a letter opener, a waxer, an ink blotter and a "gizmo". I think the other tool was for removing an excess of ink before the blotter. Not really sure. But a set neither the less.

In great condition. Beautiful actually. With enough buffing you may find that sterling mark!! But I did not. Even though there looks to be one word on the side of the tools it doesn't appear to say "sterling". If it's French it will have a small dot somewhere! Authentically Art Nouveau Era. 1900-1915. Definitely silver plated if not sterling. Selling price is for plated!
