Rare Vintage 1920's Mexican Screw Back Dangle Earrings Mask Hat Moon Snake Sword Marked
The carved "Mexican Jade" mask is framed in a smooth bezel. The Mask features a highly ornate headdress that is exotically intriguing, in it’s turban design, set with a stylized, overlaid gemstone adornment in the center. There is a crescent moon on the tip of the headdress and graduated - hand tooled side decorations. The dangling snake-head sword is set with a round "Mexican Jade" cabochon in a smooth bezel. The Earrings swing freely and are 3-dimensional.
These Earrings show superb craftsmanship and imagination.
Excellent Condition.
Age: Late 1930's - Early 1940's.
