This Collegeville Costume comes in its original box. It is marked Fairy Queen 12-M Large (12-14). The box's cellophane window is made to look like a pumpkin with the mask showing through.

The mask features a queen with bright orange hair and a crown of blue and pink. The outfit is a tan/cream with a flocked glitter design and the words "Fairy Queen" written in script.
This vintage costume is in good condition with no tears at the mask. The outfit has faded from age.
