The New Perfection Cook Book & Directions -- Advertising Pamphlet
This wonderful pamphlet was produced by Cleveland Metal Products and appears to be from the turn-of-the-century although it has no date that I can see. The illustrations are wonderful black and white photographs some with tinted accents. The beginning of the book describes how to use your New Perfection stove. The rest of the book has wonderful recipes that were "prepared and carefully tested by Miss Nellie L. McCann, Gorham, Maine, a New England Domestic Science Expert". Recipes include "Perfection Bread", "Hard Sauce" and "Corn Griddle Cake". The pamphlet measures 7 1/4" x 5" and is in good vintage condition with some slight scuffing and staining on the cover as well as a pencil squiggle. The binding is tight and the pages are clean.
