Blue Milk Glass Cat Covered Dish. This Cat has a White Milk Glass Head and is sitting on a 5 1/2" rib base. It was made by Westmoreland Specialty Co in the late 1880's thru 1920's. The Cat is marked with the number 3 and the base is marked with the number 2. This is how Westmoreland Specialty marked the molds. The WG logo was not put on the molds until the company became Westmoreland Glass. This Cat is in excellent condition for being so old. The only thing I can find is a very small chip on the rim of the lid which sits down into the base and some discoloration on the underside of the lid which was done during manufacturing.
