1911 Embossed Christmas Post Card ~ Germany Trademark 2085

Lovely 1911 Embossed Vintage Christmas Post Card marked, "Trademark 2085" and "Printed in Germany" which features a simple greeting, "Xmas Greeting" written in green lettering with a holly bough and pink/white flowers, against a pale blue background.

An oval inset with a pretty scenic view of a windmill by water at sunset is outlined in snow. Card has thin gold border and purple accents with holly in each corner of the front side design.

Posted from "London, Ontario to Le Roy, NY on December 24, 1911". Card is in Good condition with bumped corners and some edge wear. Has "Eva" written in pencil in tiny letters on bottom edge of front.

Divided back has neatly handwritten message on correspondence side with address on the other.
