This tall and handsome Pfaltzgraff Coffee Pot is in their retired "Village" pattern and was made in the USA (not China). Beautifully shaped with the classic Village design in brown on both sides, it measures a stately 13 inches tall (9-5/8" without domed lid), 6-1/4 inches across bottom, and almost 9 inches wide from handle to spout; holds 7 cups of coffee. Impressed with the Pfaltzgraff logo, USA, and the #C-490 item identification on the bottom. In excellent condition except for some crazing from age and a small chip on the INSIDE of its lid, which isn't visible with the lid is in place. (Please excuse glare on some photos...there is no loss to pattern). The Village pattern on the softly glazed cream dinnerware was very popular when it was introduced in 1976 when Early American decor was in vogue and has remained a favorite through the years. This pattern is now discontinued and pieces like this coffee pot in such nice condition are rarely seen outside of a personal collection. Still very useable with your other Pfaltzgraff pieces, or a great stand alone display piece too!
