A lovely accessory for an antique vanity, this Victorian Era Milk Glass "Barber" Bottle remains in very good condition. The embossed pattern around the base has retained it's cold painted gilding very well. A centered yellow bouquet of flowers sits right at the base of the neck and though still predominantly present, once upon a time the floral pattern was probably darker. The glossy bottle sits on 3 little feet. A cork liner is inside the mouth where the stopper fits nicely. Around the mouth, the bottle is a bit rough with a few tiny nicks from repeatedly inserting the stopper. The bottle is without cracks. The blown glass stopper has a closed end and fits nicely. The stopper is without nicks, chips, or cracks. It is not as glossy as the bottle itself. With stopper included, the long necked decanter is 10" tall.
