Vintage Black Patent Purse & Combined Change Purse

Generally known as Patent "Leather" the glossy exterior of this purse is in very nice condition; supple and non-brittle. The double handles are fabric covered. The expandable bag has three main sections. The two outer sections are lined in solid black fabric that matches the fabric covered handles.The hinged center opens to a surprising paisley pattern that is clean and intact. A matching change purse is attached inside. The purse sits on four brass tone feet. One of the feet is discolored and the fabric covering the handles shows wear but even with those issues, considering the age of this 1950's Retro bag, it is in overall very good condition. It measures 9 1/2" x 7 1/2" and 3 1/2" at the base.

The black and white polka dot scarf shown in the photo is not included.
