Red Monet Satchel Drawstring Purse

In a bright luxurious RED, this vintage Monet purse is a roomy drawstring bag in a pebbled faux leather. In wonderful, lightly used condition...a great knock around handbag to compliment Nautical attire and primary colors. There are very few signs of use on the outside of the purse.

The inner black lining is black cloth. There are no rips or tears. There is a zippered inside pocket and the Monet name is stitched on the inside label The lining has a "stain" in the bottom that actually appears to be glue (not sticky just a bit stiff and discolored). On the outside there is a scratch noted on the bottom and shown in the photo. Otherwise, just a pretty, classic, well made bag without need for apology.

The swirling satin (or brushed) gold tone embellishment is so classically Monet.

The handbag is large enough to use for a tote if preferred. It measures 10 1/2" tall and 9 1/2" wide with a 2 1/2" side gusset. The oval base measures 8" x 6". The shoulder handle has a 20" drop and has a fashionable ornamental buckle. The bag cinches together near the top with two matching cords that run through the circular rivets.
