1940's Homer Laughlin Bristol SET of 4 Fruit ( Dessert) Bowls
Manufactured in the 1940's by Homer Laughlin, the Bristol pattern won the American Vogue award. The periwinkle blue and pink florals (possibly pink wild roses and blue forget me nots)are a beautiful contrast against the creamy ivory background. Bristol was created in at least two of Laughlin's shapes; the Eggshell Nautilus Shape (like these) and also in Laughlin's Georgian shape.
