The approx. 4 inch long plastic handle has a textured finish. They were a FREE Advertising Premium that advertised other knives For Sale by Quikut Division of the Scott & Fetzer Co., Freemont, Ohio 43420. The offer expired December 31, 1978. There is some wear to the cardboard packaging while the knives are unused. They are in good condition for collecting, use or display. There may be light wear and scratches on the blades from storage.
