This card is quite unique in that it has a gold foil border with a swastika at each corner. The swastika was considered a sign of good luck in Germany prior to WW II. This embossed card has a birthday greeting and an envelope full of flowers. It is further adorned with what look like sweet peas.
This card has a message and address on the back. There is a cancelled one-cent stamp and a postmark from Wisconsin from Oct. 9, 1909. This postcard was printed in Germany. It is in very good condition with only slight corner softening.
